At School we have learnt dance for four week as part of our Action station with Talei
we looked at line dancing video and we learnt the cupid shuffle

I learnt some really cool dances
I really enjoyed the hell toe polka
l because I was difficult i get stress sometimes.

Today we went to the  Isaac Theatre Royal on the double-decker bus to watch ten different animations  for the New Zealand  International Film Festival. My  favourite animation was Cat and Moth.

The Cat was trying to catch  the Moth  to have for dinner and the Moth was trying to fly away from the cat: he doesn’t want to get eaten by the cat.  The light  just broke and then the white cat turned into a  moth and   the Moth to a Cat.  Then the The blue Cat  runs on the  couch and dreams about the Cat; there were flying  boxes in the space and then  they land in the green  mail box.

The whole school went to see a strike performance when we came in they played music and we had to sat down

I sang and danced  and then it stared and  with the drum it was so loud  i had to plug my Ears  Becasue it was so loud and   I like the

for  inqry we did diffrenet  food groups me and olivia  we pick lasgne

and we had to do a google drawing  first we had to  look at the Lasagne and we had to downlod the image.

and we had to think about Dariy and Protne and grain. and Fruit and vegs.

for te reo maori we had to  make a book in book creator and go to Rongomatane to read with a buddy i had to read with Mateo and we had to show are work.

for Inquiry we did  dance  for a music video  called  no place like home

first we watch seniors  do the matairirki dance then after  we brain strom  the place to do are dance   then

we get into    groups to figure out the dances  for  are  music  video and we can on practicing until we get to do the dance around the whole school.

Hi my name is Kylah I’m 10 years old I got to Rawhiti School. I am a year 5 and I am in Tawhirimatea. I live with my auntie and uncle. I have two sisters one is six and one is three. I like drawing, colouring, dancing, singing, writing, handwriting, spelling, literacy, inquiry and especially maths. I also like playing on the playground, doing gymnastics, reading and going to the library.. I like hanging out with my friends at morning tea and lunch time. I  I’m lactose intolerant and dairy-free can’t have milk or other stuff. My birthday is May 22nd. I like reading and drawing my fave food is homemade mac in chesse and candy
